    First time in a bagel factory and won't be the last.Like to specially mention the man who was serving on the th who went above and beyond to make brilliant and delicious bagels but also bring them over to our table while we fed our baby.We tried a salt beef Melt and a smokey pulled pork. Both utterly delicious and we ended up have half of eachothers bagels.Will definitely be back soon.

    So, two weeks later they have told me that the cardboard was jalapeños and tried making out like I’m stupid and don’t know the difference between the two.Disgusting treatment from this company and I will take things further legally if I must especially when they made me sick too.They tell you to contact them and then just ignore you.Honestly quite disappointing.On Sunday I went here for a quick bite to eat.Firstly whilst sat eating, a couple came in and were stood for ages trying to order but no one was there because they were too busy chatting in the back.Secondly, how unhygienic is your serving section? With all the food completely out and uncovered. I’ve worked for kitchens in chains and this is not how it should be.Also you have to sanitise your stations, I saw it actually go on the food. There’s risk of contamination and flies and bugs. This is honestly disgusting and not worth the £ I spent on food here.I found cardboard in my food... that’s not something I should be finding whilst eating.The staff were basically no where to be found to bring this up to them either.Very disappointed and honestly just want my money backOh and to edit this- they said they take it seriously, they don’t- they just end up saying that it’s cheese and then stalking your social media platforms. Then they say they don’t have a complaints department

    The most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced. After waiting an awfully long time for a bagel which I’d ordered to take out and witnessing the member of staff make the orders for customers who had ordered after me, I asked how long mine would mine be. I was absolutely appalled by her response. She spoke to me in such a degrading tone and told me that she didn’t care that I had been waiting. Honestly I can’t believe the level of disrespect she had. I asked for a refund at this point and she just threw the receipt at me. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place until bagel factory do something about their staff. Either improve your recruitment process to weed out rude, disrespectful people or invest more time in your staff and train them up in customer service. I left with a refund in the end and no bagel. Customer service = - /
